Founded in 2014 in Maryland, Pearl Elegance Foundation, Incorporated (PEFINC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit committed to the mission: “We give to help others.” In close collaboration with Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, PEFINC strives to meet the varying needs of our community—from the simple and immediate to the complex and demanding.
